Please review the operational rules, appointment policies, and visitor guidelines governing Swizosoft executive meetings.
Last updated: October 2026 | Effective for all visitor bookings
Appointments may only be scheduled for the next allowed working days (defaulting to the next 2 working days). Sundays and official Swizosoft holidays are excluded. Booking requests for past dates or non-working days are automatically disabled by the system.
Completing the 6-digit email OTP verification validates your contact identity and registers your request as Pending Review. Email verification does not guarantee appointment confirmation. Final approval and room/meeting link allocations are granted upon administrative review.
When an appointment request is submitted, the selected time slot is blocked to prevent conflicting double-bookings. If an appointment request is declined or cancelled, the slot is automatically released back to the available pool.
Meetings may be scheduled as In-Person Visits at Swizosoft Headquarters or Online Video Meetings. The host reserves the right to restrict allowed formats for specific dates (e.g. remote working days or travel schedules). Visitors must adhere to the available format for their selected date.
In the event of urgent executive availability changes or unforeseen emergencies, Swizosoft Administration reserves the right to pause slots or issue a 1-click reschedule link to affected visitors. Visitors can select an alternate date without repeating identity verification.
Visitors are required to present valid identification upon arrival for in-person meetings. All visitor contact information, purpose of visit, and meeting logs are treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with Swizosoft data governance policies.
